What: AV production, stage setup, and decor for the SAP conference
Where: Munich, Germany
Challenge: To manage the AV production and full technical direction for SAP’s corporate event, which included a plenary session for 600 attendees and several parallel breakout rooms.
Highlights: Our teams traveled to Munich to support our clients. For this event, the plenary room was equipped with a large-format projection screen and laser projection using blending technology.
Content management was handled with an E2 and Watchout system.
The event was recorded using a 3-camera system, through which our technicians managed the composition and encoding of the stream for the event’s international broadcast via the client’s website.
The different breakout rooms at the event were equipped with state-of-the-art sound and video systems, including laser projection and Meyer Sound systems.
