What: Global product launch and exhibition area
Where: Hall 6, Fira de Barcelona in 2018
Challenge: Comprehensively producing all the technical part of Huawei’s Global Launch Event in record time, turning a diaphanous space into a spectacular event, within Mwc 2018.
Highlights:
For the main Keynote, a 28 x 6 mt led screen was set up, as well as technical video control with D3 servers and E2 electronics. The recording of the event was carried out with 4 cameras and a Wireless steadycam. We take care of all the rigging, sound, conventional and creative lighting, offering the client a comprehensive service to carry out the technical and audiovisual production of their event.
At the back of the stage, a 36 x 15 mt exhibition area was set up where attendees could see and touch the products that the brand had just presented. The exhibition area was equipped with rigging, truss, lighting equipment and screens of different formats.
