What: Full AV production and technical design for a private corporate event
Where: Kimpton Los Monteros Hotel, Marbella
During February, we were responsible for the complete audiovisual production, staging and technical setup for a private corporate event held at Kimpton Los Monteros Hotel in Marbella.
This was a premium event for approximately 200 guests, designed for an international audience and delivered with a high-end production standard throughout all areas of the experience.
As a company, we managed the full technical production of the event, including:
- video,
- sound,
- lighting,
- staging,
- scenic setup,
- and event technical coordination.
The production also included a high-resolution 1.5 mm LED screen, providing a visually impactful solution adapted to the premium nature of the event.
Audio & Video Technical Production
The event production was divided into several technical areas designed to provide a complete premium audiovisual experience throughout the venue.
Main Keynote
The main room featured a complete professional Meyer PA system with FOH control position, Main P.A, frontfill and delay systems, as well as stage monitoring solutions. A full DJ setup was also installed for the afterparty and entertainment segment.
Terrace Area
Outdoor terrace spaces were equipped with Bose L1 sound systems, providing distributed ambient audio for networking and hospitality areas.
Lighting Production
The lighting setup included stage front lighting, ambient colour lighting, wireless uplighting systems and creative scenic lighting integrated throughout the venue.
Video Systems
Video management was handled through an Analog Way control system, including one amazing 5×3 metre LED screens, 1.5 mm Pitch, presenter confidence monitors and full content distribution.
Staging & Structures
We were also responsible for the complete staging and scenic production, including a custom 7×4 metre stage, LED screen structures, DJ booth branding and all technical rigging elements.
Digital Signage
Additional areas were equipped with digital agenda and signage systems for attendee information and event scheduling.
