During July, we were responsible for providing all the audiovisual systems for a major corporate event held at the Hotel Puerta Am\u00e9rica in Madrid. This was a large-scale, technically demanding project, with the entire event conducted 100% in English. As a company, we took care of the full AV project, including video, sound, lighting, multi-camera recording, and structures for our client.<\/span><\/p>\n

  • Complete Meyer Sound PA system consisting of the main PA, subs, front fills, stage monitors, and delays.<\/li>\n
  • Yamaha M7 audio mixer.<\/li>\n
  • Riedel Bolero intercom system with 32 beltpacks.<\/li>\n
  • 2 Rio 32D.<\/li>\n
  • Axient microphone system with 16 lavaliers, 16 handhelds, and 8 headsets.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Lighting:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    • Two Grand MA3 consoles (main and backup).<\/li>\n
    • Main lighting consisted of LED fresnels and ellipsoidal fixtures, and backlighting was provided by small-format LED fresnels mounted on the back wall.<\/li>\n
    • Creative lighting setup with 16 Clay Paky Arolla, 40 Pixbar 600 Pro LED bars, Astera Titan Tubes, and Smartbat fixtures.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Video:<\/strong><\/p>\n

        \n
      • High-resolution 1.5mm pitch LED screens with 4K signal transport and processing.<\/li>\n
      • E2 Management System + EC 200 mixer.<\/li>\n
      • 4 reference monitors for speakers and a teleprompter system with software and two 85\u201d screens for notes. The BOH was equipped with 55\u201d screens and a multiview for monitoring.<\/li>\n
      • MacStudio and MacBook Pro (main and backups) for video, presentations, and content management.<\/li>\n
      • Mastecue V6 for presentation control, with main and backup units.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        3-Camera Production:<\/strong><\/p>\n

        Control rack consisting of CCU, mixer, monitors, and 6 Hyperdeck recorders.

        Breakout Rooms:<\/strong><\/p>\n

        All rooms were equipped with video and audio systems to facilitate parallel meetings during the event.
