Challenge:<\/strong> Produce comprehensively and simultaneously and in the same space, the main Keynote and the gala dinner. To carry out the production, the Hall was divided into two independent spaces, so that attendees could immediately go from the meeting to the gala dinner without leaving the space.<\/p>\n

Highlights:<\/strong>
For the main meeting, a 36 x 4 mt led screen was mounted on the layher stage. A 3-camera setup was used to record the event. The event was equipped with 12 translation booths and 800 receivers.
For the gala dinner, an independent assembly was made, mounting 5 LED screens of 5 x 2.5 mt on podiums. A 3-camera setup was used to record the private dinner and party after the event.
For both spaces we take care of all the rigging, sound, conventional and creative lighting, offering the client a comprehensive service to carry out the technical and audiovisual production of their event.<\/p>\n
